CERTIFICATES & CE BROKER
Certificates are available immediately upon completion of the evaluation.  For Florida licensed participants, credit can be reported to CE Broker if a valid license number is entered in your profile (both alpha and numeric, no spaces or dashes).  CE Broker cannot process credit without an accurate license number.  Participants are encouraged to print and retain the certificate for your records.

2. Apply ethical and legal frameworks to guide clinical decision-making in complex end-of-life scenarios.
3. Demonstrate effective communication strategies to manage disagreements and align care with patient goals.
4. Integrate institutional policies and interdisciplinary resources into end-of-life care planning to improve consistency in practice.

NON-PHYSICIAN ATTENDANCE
Attendance credit will be provided to other healthcare professionals upon fulfillment of attendance requirements.  Participants should ensure in advance their credentialing or licensing organization accepts AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™.
