Sign-In for AdventHealth Employees & Med Staff
  • Select Sign In (upper corner)
  • Enter your Epic ID and password.

Sign-In for All Others

  • Enter your email address and the password used when you created your profile.
  • If your password needs to be reset > select Forgot Your Password? 
  • You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

You Must Link, or Pair, Your Cellphone to the Portal

  • Text the email address you used to create your profile to (321) 430-2999.
  • You will receive confirmation on your cellphone once the number has been successfully linked to your profile.
  • If you receive ‘User Not Found’, the portal doesn’t recognize the email address you entered.  Please try texting your 'other' (personal) email address.
  • If you still receive 'User Not Found' , email the CPD Department to avoid creating a duplicate profile.

How to Sign-In (Record Attendance) at a Lecture

You have two options to sign-in at a lecture, choose the one most convenient for you.  You must have an established profile and be linked to the portal by following the steps above.

  1. Text the lecture code provided at the meeting to (321) 430-2999.  You can text during the lecture and up to 2-hours after the lecture before it expires.
  2. Download the CloudCME app (steps below); organization code is 'Adventhealth'.  Select Scan Attendance and scan the QR code provided by the Activity Administrator.

NOTE:  You cannot use someone else's cellphone to sign-in.

Where is My Certificate and/or Transcript

You have two options to get your individual information.  First make sure you're Signed-In following the steps above.

  • From the Home page, look on the left side, midway down you should see the option > My Information (Certificates, Transcripts, Receipts, Add License Number) > select this option - or
  • Select My CE at the top > you will see the following options:
    • Profile
    • Transcript
    • Evaluations & Certificates
    • Registrations & Receipts
    • Tests
    • Syllabus
  • Make your selection and proceed.

You Didn't Receive an Evaluation for a Lecture, Where is the Evaluation?

You have two options to find the evaluation for a the lecture you attended.  First make sure you're Signed-In following the steps above.

  • From the Home page, or the App, you should see an option to Complete Evaluations > select this option - or
  • Select My CE  at the top, select Evaluations & Certificates.

Payment Methods

  • Credit and debit cards are accepted.
  • If your payment is declined -- to prevent fraud your credit card company will decline the charge if the address in your profile does not match the billing address associated with your credit card statement.
    • To fix the issue:
      • Sign-In > select My CE > select Profile > change the address to match where your credit/debit card statement is sent and Submit.
    • DO NOT re-register.  Go back to your email confirmation and find the link that says - To complete this payment via credit card, click here -  and reprocess.

Cancellation and Refund Process

  • If you are unable to attend a lecture or conference after your payment has been processed, please contact the Activity Administrator or the CPD Department to process a refund.

How do I Get a Copy of Past Registrations and/or Receipts

  • First make sure you're Signed-In following the steps above.
  • Select My CE at the top or choose the appropriate option from the Cloudcme app.

My Attendance isn't Showing on My Transcript or I Didn't Receive an Evaluation

  • Do you have an established profile (instructions above)?
  • Did you sign-in at the lecture either by texting the lecture code or scanning a QR code provided?
    •  If the answer is no to the questions above, the CPD Department is unable to verify your attendance, an evaluation was not sent to you and attendance at the lecture won't be reflected on your transcript.

How Do I Complete the Online Conflict of Interest Disclosure form

  • Sign-In following the steps above.
  • On a computer, from the Home page:
    • On the left side, midway down, select the purple Disclosure Form option.
    • Make sure to Submit or the form will not process.

Is the an App for CME

  • Go to the App store for your cellphone.
  • Search for Cloudcme and download.
  • In the Verify My Organization field, enter AdventHealth.
  • Sign-In following the steps above.
  • You may be asked to enter a 2-Factor authentication code.  If you don't have access to Authenticate for AdventHealth, contact the AH AIT helpdesk at (800) 873-4024 or ServiceNow.

NOTE: AIT can only assist with the Authenticate app.  For assistance with the Cloudcme app contact the CPD Department.
