If you would like to participate as an Exhibitor at this symposium, we require online exhibit registration and full compliance with the ACCME Standards for Commercial Support.  Each exhibitor will receive the following:

Gold Level -- $10,000+

• Two ( 2 ) complimentary company representatives   
  • Additional company representatives, after the complimentary, can be included for a charge of $XX per representative
• Vendor space for a 6' draped table-top display
• Your company logo on the signage during the activity
• Post symposium attendee list

Silver Level -- $5,000

• Two ( 2 ) complimentary company representatives   
  • Additional company representatives, after the complimentary, can be included for a charge of $XX per representative
• Vendor space for a 6' draped table-top display
• Your company logo on the signage during the activity

Bronze Level -- $2,500

• Your company name listed on the Sponsorship poster

Terms and Conditions of Payment

Exhibitor fees must be paid in full by July 26, 2019.  If payment is not received by this date, the exhibiting company has the potential to forfeit their booth and accompanying accommodations at the activity and will be subject to the cancellation policy of 100% of the sponsorship package.  By electronically signing, the Exhibitor agrees to abide by all stated policies and procedures within this Exhibitor Prospectus and the contract itself.

Important Restrictions

Exhibiting companies may not use the or AdventHealth Orlando name, insignia, logo or phrase, "The Skill to Heal, the Spirit to Care," before, during and/or after the course without prior written permission from AdventHealth.  All exhibits will be assigned by AdventHealth and will be located in the designated exhibit areas.  Companies may not display their product or distribute marketing outside of their stated perimeters unless approved by AdventHealth staff.

Cancellation Policy
