2019 Pediatric Grand Rounds - Family Centered Rounds and I-PASS

This presentation will discuss the I-PASS PFC program. This program is an inter-professional and family developed program designed to improve physician, patient and family communication, quality and safety of care. The bundled intervention involves structured verbal communication on rounds, structured written communication on rounds, and training on communication, teamwork, and health literacy best practice.
