Mission

AdventHealth Orlando's mission is grounded in a commitment to healing and wholeness.  In alignment with AdventHealth's mission of Extending the Healing Ministry of Christ, the CPD program advances whole-person care through accredited continuing education.  Through education for physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and other healthcare professionals - including students, residents and fellows - the CPD program addresses identified professional practice gaps, strengthens clinical competence, supports interprofessional collaboration, and promotes evidence-based and team-based care, to improve patient outcomes and the health of the communities we care for.
