Objectives
At the end of this course, participants should be able to:

  1. Evaluate and certify a commercial driver as a medically fit to safely operate a commercial motor vehicle.
  2. Demonstrate in all regulations (laws) and evidence-based guidelines as they apply to commercial drivers.
  3. Compare unsafe medical conditions and diseases and identify according to available regulations and evidence-based guidelines, which will result in a reduction of accidents attributed to poor driver health.
