2025 Clinical Pharmacotherapy Grand Rounds (ACPE)

This Grand Rounds series will address current issues in disease state management, or drug therapy and patient care.

Location
The Grand Rounds series will take place at various locations AdventHealth CFD, West and East divisions.  

Certificate
Certificates are awarded and available to print immediately after the evaluation has been submitted.  If you have a Florida license and would like credit(s) to be uploaded to CE Broker, your license number must be entered on your profile.  CE Broker will not accept credit(s) without the license number.
You are encouraged to print and save your certificate for your portfolio as required by your licensing body.

1. Discuss emerging or evolving clinical topics impacting pharmaceutical care at a tertiary care health system
2. Apply principles of pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamics to optimize medication management and patient care
3. Evaluate current literature related to pharmacotherapy and disease state management
4. Integrate pharmacotherapeutic knowledge into clinical decision making by articulating its impact on pharmacy practice within a tertiary care health system
