1. Apply the clinical guidelines and effectively adhere to recommendations on the management of patients with acute neurological and neurosurgical conditions.
2. Discuss recent advances and controversies in neurocritical care practice including an emphasis on team-based care.
3. Manage neurological and neurosurgical emergencies based on contemporary evidence-based protocols.

1. Discuss prevalent neurological conditions that are encountered in the ICU.
2. Recognize the complications and prognosis associated with these neurological conditions.
3. Implement evidence-based protocols for the management of acute neurological emergencies.
4. Describe post-operative care for patients undergoing neurosurgical procedures.
5. Discuss case details during interdisciplinary rounds and contribute to comprehensive care planning.
6. Describe quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the standards of care in the ICU.
