1. Identify risk factors for disruptive behavior, recognize early warning signs, and take proactive steps to maintain professionalism and emotional balance.
2. Analyze factors leading to inappropriate behavior, helping participants identify the root causes and prevent escalation in high-stress environments.
3. Reflect on personal disruptive behavior from multiple perspectives to foster empathy, accountability, and improve team dynamics.
4. Apply tools and strategies to manage high-impact emotions and resolve conflicts professionally, enhancing performance under pressure and maintaining a respectful work environment.
5. Develop a Personalized Compassion Plan with strategies, safeguards, and support systems to reduce behavioral setbacks and promote long-term well-being and professional resilience.

Non-Physician AMA Attendance

Attendance credit will be provided to other healthcare professionals upon fulfillment of attendance requirements. Participants should ensure in advance their credentialing or licensing organization accepts AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™.
