This lecture meets the State of Florida requirements for Prevention of Medical Errors for physicians.

This lecture focuses on system failures attributed to medical errors by focusing on common performance and diagnostic errors relating to the five most misdiagnosed conditions:

• Cancer related issues
• Neurological/spine related issues.
  
• Cardiac/stroke related issues.
• Infectious/communicable diseases.
• Pulmonary related issues.
