REQUIRED STATEMENTS for ALL MARKETING MATERIALS
 Accreditation Statement
 AdventHealth Orlando is accredited by the Florida Medical Association to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Designation Statement
 AdventHealth Orlando designates this (live or enduring material) activity for a maximum of (enter number of approved credits) AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™ (must be italicized).  Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Marketing Materials
If marketing materials mention CME credit, they must be approved by the CPD Department before distribution and include the Accreditation and Designation Statements.  The statements are not required If CME credit is not mentioned.

Not Sure if You Have an Account

  • Select Sign In (upper corner)
  • Enter your Epic ID and password
  • Password resets for Epic credentials must be done through the AIT Help Desk

AdventHealth Employees & Med Staff

  • Select Sign In (upper corner)
  • Enter your Epic ID and password

Sign-In for All Others

  • Enter your email address and the password used when you created your profile
  • If your password needs to be reset > select Forgot Your Password? 
  • Follow the instructions sent to your email

You Must Link Your Cellphone to the Portal

  • Text your email address to (321) 430-2999  (work email if using Epic login)
  • Confirmation message on your cellphone once successfully linked
  • If you receive ‘User Not Found’, try texting your 'other' (personal) email address
  • If you still receive 'User Not Found' , email the CPD Department to avoid creating a duplicate profile

How to Sign-In at a Lecture
Choose the one most convenient option (NOTE: you must have a profile and a linked cellphone (steps above))

  1. Text the lecture code during the meeting to (321) 430-2999
  2. Scan the QR code provided at the meeting
  3. Download the CloudCME app from your carrier app store; organization code is 'Adventhealth'
    NOTE:  You cannot use someone else's cellphone to sign-in

Where are my Transcripts, Certificates and Receipts

  • Sign In
  • Select My Information from the homepage (option: My Account from top or My Information on the left)
  • Select from:
    • Profile
    • Transcript
    • Evaluations & Certificates
    • Registrations & Receipts
    • External Credits - you can upload certificates received elsewhere to add on your transcript (NOTE: you will need to report credits to CE Broker)
    • Tests
    • Syllabus

Where is My Evaluation?

  • Sign In
  • From the Home page, or the App, you should see an option to Complete Evaluations - or
  • Select My Account at the top, select Evaluations & Certificates

Payment Methods

  • We accept major credit and debit cards
  • If your payment is declined -- the most common reason is that the address in your profile does not match the billing address associated with your credit card.  Mismatched addresses are associated with fraud prevention.
    • To fix the issue:
      • Sign-In > select My Account > select Profile > change the address to match your credit/debit card statement and Submit
    • DO NOT re-register.  Go back to your email confirmation and find the link that says - To complete this payment via credit card, click here -  and reprocess.

Cancellation and Refund Process

  • If you're unable to attend after payment has been made, contact the Activity Administrator or the CPD Department to process a refund

Copies of Past Registrations or Receipts

  • Sign In
  • Select My Account > choose the desired option

My Attendance isn't Showing on My Transcript

  • Do you have an established profile (instructions above)?
  • Did you sign-in at the lecture by texting the lecture code or scanning a QR code provided?
    • If you did not sign in, we are unable to verify your attendance, issue an evaluation or award credit
    • The lecture won't reflect on your transcript

Completing the Conflict of Interest Disclosure form

  • Sign In
  • From the Home page:
    • Left side, midway down, select the purple Disclosure Form option
    • Complete and Submit or the form will not process

Is there an App

  • Download Cloudcme from your carrier app store
  • In the Verify My Organization field, enter AdventHealth
  • When signing-in, you will be asked to enter a 2-Factor authentication code.  If you don't have access to Authenticate for AdventHealth, contact the AH AIT helpdesk at (800) 873-4024 or ServiceNow
