Help

Accredited providers are responsible for informing participants who they are accredited by, the required Accreditation Statement and the Designation Statement, indicating the number of credits approved, on all marketing material.  Both statements are shown below:

Required Statements for Marketing (i.e., Save-the-Dates, flyers, mailers, etc.)

Accreditation Statement:
AdventHealth Orlando is accredited by the Florida Medical Association to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Designation Statement:
AdventHealth Orlando designates this (choose one and enter it here) -- live or enduring material (online) -- activity for a maximum of (enter the number of credits  approved) AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™ (this phrase must be italicized and trademarked as shown).  Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Frequently Asked Questions

Sign In - AdventHealth Employees & Med Staff
  • Select Sign In (upper left corner)
  • Enter your OPID and OPID password (the same credentials as signing into a patient chart).

Sign In - All Others

  • Enter your email address and the password you created when signing up.
  • If your password needs to be reset > select Forgot Your Password?
  • An email will be sent with instructions on resetting.

Linking/ Pairing Your Cellphone to the Portal

  • Text your email address to (321) 430-2999.
  • You will receive confirmation on your cell that the number has been added to your profile.
  • If you receive ‘User Not Found’, the portal doesn’t see your email and you may need to create a profile. To prevent making a duplicate contact the CPD Department.

Recording Attendance

  • You must have an established profile.
  • You must text the activity code given at the lecture to (321) 430-2999.
  • The code can be texted during the lecture or for 2-hours after the lecture before the code expires.
  • Your cellphone number is paired to your profile via your unique email address. You cannot use someone else's cellphone to text attendance.

Certificates and Transcripts

  • Sign In following the steps above.
  • Select My CME > you will see the following options:
    •  Profile
    • Transcript
    • Evaluations & Certificates
    • Registrations & Receipts
    • Tests
    • Syllabus
  • Make your selection and proceed.

Evaluations

  • Sign In following the steps above.
  • Select My CME > select Evaluations & Certificates

Payment Methods

  • Debit and credit cards are accepted.
  • If your payment is declined, your profile address must match the billing address of your credit card. To prevent fraud, the charge will be declined If they do not match.
    • To fix the issue:
      • Sign in > select My CME > select Profile > adjust the address to match > Submit
    • DO NOT re-register. Go back to your email confirmation and find the link that says - To complete this payment via credit card, click here -  and reprocess.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • If you are unable to attend, you must contact the Activity Administrator specified on activity by the date listed.  The Activity Coordinator will contact the CPD Department to process the refund.
  • Registrants are unable to transfer their registration to another course.

Access Registrations and Receipts

  • Sign In following the steps above.
  • Select My CME > select Registrations & Receipts.

Attendance not Showing

  • You must have an established profile (see instructions above).
  • You must have texted the activity code given at the time of the lecture.
  • If you didn’t record attendance, contact the Activity Coordinator. The Activity Coordinator must contact the CPD Department with an attestation that you attended.
  • The CPD Department will manually add your attendance.

Completing an Online Conflict of Interest Disclosure form

  • Sign In following the steps above.
  • From the Home page
    • Left side, midway down
    • Select > purple Conflict of Interest Disclosure form
    • Submit
