Help

Accredited providers are responsible for informing participants when they have designated an activity for credit. This is done thru marketing that contains the required Accreditation Statement that indicates who the organization is accredited through and the Designation Statement indicating the number of credits the activity has been approved for.

Required Statements for Marketing (i.e., Save-the-Dates, flyers, mailers, etc.)

Accreditation Statement:
AdventHealth Orlando is accredited by the Florida Medical Association to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Designation Statement:
AdventHealth Orlando designates this (live, online, Journal-Based) activity for a maximum of (enter the number approved) AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™.  Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

 

Frequently Asked Questions 

1.     How do I create a profile on Cloud CME?

    A.     Please click this link and follow the instructions.

2.     Can I create a profile using a phone or tablet?

    A.     No, the initial profile has to be created on a laptop or desktop. Note - creating a profile and linking your phone is a one-time thing.

3.     I received an SSO error message and can't log into the portal.  What do I do?

    A.     Take a screenshot of the SSO error and email it to FH.CME.Coordinator@AdventHealth.com.  The CPD department will forward the email to the AIT          department to be fixed.  You should be able to log into the portal after 24-hours.

4.     My account is locked. How do I get into it?

    A.     Contact the CPD Department at (407) 303-8297.

5.     How will I know the code to text to record my attendance?

    A.     The event coordinator will give you the code at the start of the presentation. You have 30 minutes before the start, during the presentation, and 30          minutes after the presentation to text the code. Failure to text attendance during this time period will result in the attendee not receiving credit.          Technical problems will be handled on a case by case basis.

6.     I've taken the test for an online module but it's not showing on my transcript and I can't see the certificate.

    A.     You must complete the evaluation to receive a certificate. Once completed the course will appear on your transcript and you can view, print, email     and/or download the certificate.

7.     How do I access my transcript and certificates?

    A.     Once logged on, click on the green "My CME" button then the desired option:

  • Transcript > adjust the dates for the desired information and submit.
  • Certificates > the Evaluations must be completed and submitted before the certificate will appear.
  • Registrations & Receipts > These can be exported in an excel format or printed for reimbursement by your organization.
  • You can view, download and/or email from any of these pages.

8.     I'm trying to access a test/video for an online module, but it doesn't show.

    A.     Try clearing your computer browser history first. If you don't know how and are on an AdventHealth computer call the AIT department, (800) 873-4024 and they can walk you through the process.  If you are not on an AdventHealth computer contact your company IT department for assistance.  For emergent issues, call the CPD department, (407) 303-8297, and they will try to assist.
