If you would like to participate as an Exhibitor at this symposium, we require online exhibitor registration and full compliance with the ACCME Standards for Commercial Support.  Based on the tier you choose, Exhibitors will receive the following:

Platinum -- $15,000+

• Access to the attendee list after the symposium
• Vendor priority space, 10' x 20', in the exhibit hall for the length of the symposium
• Four (4) company representatives - Full course attendance and Welcome Reception
• Acknowledgement of sponsorship throughout the symposium, during the lab and on the website throughout the symposium

Gold -- $10,000+

• Access to the attendee list after the symposium
• Vendor space, 8' x 8', in the exhibit hall for the length of the symposium
• Three (3) company representatives - Full course attendance and Welcome Reception
• Acknowledgement of sponsorship on the website and slides throughout the symposium
• Your organization name on signage in the registration area
• Inclusion of a pre-approved half-page insert in the symposium bag
• Access to Hands-On Lab experiences (limited to Platinum and Gold Exhibitors only)

Silver -- $8,000

• Vendor space, 6' x 2' table, in the exhibit hall for the length of the symposium
• Three (3) company representatives - Full course attendance and Welcome Reception
• Acknowledgement of sponsorship on the website and welcome slides

• Vendor space, 6' x 2' table, in the exhibit hall for the length of the symposium
• Two (2) company representatives - Full course attendance and Welcome Reception

Terms and Conditions of Payment and Cancellation Policy

Exhibitor fees must be paid in full by February 14, 2020.  If payment is not received by this date, the exhibiting company has the potential to forfeit their booth and accompanying accommodations at the symposium.  By electronically signing, the Exhibitor agrees to abide by all stated policies and procedures within this Exhibitor Prospectus and the contract itself.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing and received before February 4, 2020 to receive a 50% refund.  Cancellations received on, or after, February 4, 2020 will not be refunded.  Please e-mail your cancellation request to [email protected].

Important Restrictions

Exhibiting companies may not use the AdventHealth (AH), AdventHealth Orlando (AHO) or AdventHealth Nicholson Center ( Orlando ) names, insignia's, or logos before, during and/or after the course without prior written permission from AdventHealth Orlando.  All exhibits will be assigned by AdventHealth Orlando and will be located in the designated exhibit areas.  Companies may not display their product or distribute marketing outside of their stated perimeters unless approved by AdventHealth Orlando staff.
