Monthly journal club discussions held with other departments that the Critical Care team works with in their units (Internal Medicine residents, pharmacists, pharmacy residents, nursing, other specialists, etc.), to learn about newly published articles related to providing care in the intensive care units.

1. Identify areas for improvement when providing patient care, by having a group discussion about recently published articles
2. Discuss new findings and new studies to streamline patient care in the Critical Care units

AdventHealth Orlando is accredited by the Florida Medical Association (FMA) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
