Dr. Natalie Cosgrove is an interventional endoscopist at the Center for Interventional Endoscopy at AdventHealth Orlando, where she is also the medical director of quality of safety in gastroenterology.  She is a graduate of Bucknell University in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania where she majored in cell biology and biochemistry, and received her doctorate of medicine at Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She completed her internal medicine residency at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia, and her gastroenterology fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She then completed her interventional endoscopy training at the Washington University in St. Louis

Dr. Cosgrove’s experience in therapeutic endoscopy includes endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP), endoscopic ultrasound (EUS), endoscopic mucosal resection, enteral stenting, endoscopic management of peripancreatic fluid collections, complex polypectomy, endoscopic suturing, and endo-hepatology, including EUS guided liver biopsy and portal pressure measurement.  Her main clinical interests include management of pancreatic fluid collections and endo-hepatology.

She is an active member of the American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (ASGE) and American Gastroenterological Association (AGA). She completed the ASGE Leadership Education and Development (LEAD) program which offers women gastroenterologists the opportunity to enhance their leadership skills.  She has served as a member of the ASGE training and health care policy committees and is currently a member of the ASGE standards of practice committee and the AGA Quality Leadership Council.
