Hematology & Oncology

Dr. Jeff Chang is the current Medical Director for Hematology and Molecular Pathology at AdventHealth Orlando and a Professor of Pathology at the UCF College of Medicine. He is board certified in anatomic pathology, clinical pathology, hematopathology and molecular genetic pathology with advanced fellowship training in hematopathology. After earning his medical degree at Taiwan’s highly respected National Yang-Ming Medical College, he undertook an internship and residency at Taipei Cityoday Hospital in Taipei before moving to the United States to earn his PhD at Case Western Reserve University, where he completed residencies in internal medicine and pathology. He was thereafter selected for an elite hematopathology fellowship at the University of Utah. An award-winning physician and acknowledged authority in his field, Dr. Chang has authored numerous works in the medical literature and served as Principle Investigator in several NCI/NIH research grants. He has been part of AdventHealth Orlando (then known as Florida Hospital) since 2011.
